*DFI's Inaugural Next Generation Financial Leaders: Great Success! Looking Forward To 2025!*
*NGFL*
DFI hosted our inaugural Next Generation Financial Leaders workshop in conjunction with industry workgroup partners on June 17-21 (with Juneteenth off) at Bellevue College. The event included participants who were in college, recent graduates, and others who are interested in a career in the financial services industry.
The workshop provided several panels and presentations ranging from topics like a day in the life of an examiner, how leaders started their career, financial education, what HR is looking for during the hiring process, and trends in the financial industry.
We had a great time networking with our participants and sharing the knowledge and insights of several financial services industry leaders. We are hopeful to offer this fantastic program again in 2025 in another location - stay tuned for details to come!
