Dear John,

Addressing systemic racism requires more than just good intentions. It
demands a profound transformation of the power dynamics that sustain
injustice.

In a time of significant social and political upheaval, understanding
power and how to disrupt and leverage it is more important than ever.
Whether you are influencing, making decisions about, or implementing
policy, leading community initiatives, or fostering change within your
organization, mastering the dynamics of power can amplify your impact
and drive meaningful, lasting change.

We invite you to attend two of our upcoming trainings to help you build
a power analysis and utilize your power in making decisions in your work
to advance racial equity.

Power Building for Racial Equity

Our newly relaunched Power Building for Racial Equity (PRE) [[link removed]]*
training is an updated and expanded version of the popular second step
in our Racial Equity Training Series
[[link removed]].
This workshop is designed for those ready to delve deeper into the
heart of racial justice work and understand the dynamics of power in
racial justice.

From policy-making and advocacy to organizational change and community
mobilization, understanding the role of power is essential for anyone
striving to advance racial justice. Our PRE Workshop is your next step
in developing the strategic insights and practical tools needed to
transform power dynamics in your work and across broader societal
efforts.
