I wanted to take a moment and
thank you for your incredible support ahead of Sunday’s FEC fundraising deadline. I’m proud to share that we met –
then exceeded – our second quarter fundraising goal.
Time and time again, this grassroots team has stepped up to support our campaign – and it’s why we’re now in our strongest position yet headed into this next stage of our campaign to flip CA-41.
We’ll have more to share about our fundraising numbers soon, but for now, I hope you have the opportunity to take some time off with friends and family this holiday weekend.
For my part, I've been reflecting on the stakes of this election given the news yesterday out of the Supreme Court.
John, as a federal prosecutor, I helped take on the insurrectionists who stormed our Capitol on January 6, 2021. Watching the Supreme Court try to hand immunity to a former president who incited insurrection is terrifying.
We must flip the House. No one in America can ever be above the law.
Look, our democracy is too fragile to leave to a game of chance – and contributing, organizing, and voting is our best way to ensure it remains in the hands of the people.
