As a two-term Auditor General and a former state legislator, Eugene has spent his career fighting for the people of Pennsylvania — protecting consumers, reducing backlogs of rape kits, and ensuring victims receive the justice they deserve. 

His opponent, Dave Sunday, could endanger abortion providers and patients if elected.

Experts are currently rating the PA AG race a toss-up — which means RAGA and the GOP will be pouring huge sums of money into the state to elect Dave Sunday and pick up a seat this fall.
