Dear Judicial Watch Member,

As the clock ticks down to Election Day, the Left is pulling out all the stops across the country to overturn election safeguards, and make it easier for non-citizens and other ineligible people to vote.

Judicial Watch is non-partisan, and we neither support nor oppose candidates for public office...our commitment is to the rule of law and honest elections!

But I have a critical question for you:

Do you believe that Judicial Watch’s full range of election integrity work… lawsuits, research and investigations…should be our top priority between now and Election Day?

I need to know your opinion!

If you think our election integrity work should be our top priority, I urge you to let me know and make a contribution today to help us take on all the election challenges confronting us!

Since 2012, we’ve fought successfully to protect honest election safeguards…like going to bat for states defending their voter ID laws; and forcing states to make reasonable efforts to keep their voter rolls accurate…work the Biden Justice Department should be doing right now, but isn't!

Our lawsuits and settlements have resulted in the removal of more than 4.5 MILLION deceased, non-citizen, moved or otherwise ineligible voters from voter lists in more than a dozen "red" and "blue" states across the country...

...that's more than 4.5 million opportunities for voter fraud that Judicial Watch...with the indispensable help of our supporters...has eliminated!

That’s not all…

  • We’ve provided expert testimony on a number of occasions before Congress in opposition to leftist power grabs to “federalize” our elections and put the corrupt Justice Department in control of administering elections.
  • We successfully sued Maryland and overturned the Democratic legislature’s hyper-partisan, election-rigging “gerrymander” scheme.
  • We're fighting today in federal court in "blue" Illinois and "red" Mississippi to block those states' reckless efforts to open the floodgates to voter fraud by allowing mail-in ballots to arrive and be counted up to 14 days (Illinois) and 5 business days (Mississippi) after Election Day!

The American legal system is slow at times, but it works best in helping protect fair and honest elections from the Left’s attempts to corrupt them.

That’s why I want to know if you believe that our full range of election integrity work…lawsuits, research and investigations… should be our top priority for the next five months.

Even today we are reviewing more data to determine if additional “clean voter registration rolls” lawsuits are needed to protect safeguards against votes being cast by non-citizens and other ineligible individuals.

Personally, I believe that Judicial Watch should continue to take up every challenge related to keeping our elections honest…because if we don’t, who will?

What do you think?

I want to know that you share our commitment to the absolute necessity of our election integrity work and are willing to support our work with a special tax-deductible contribution today, because we need to be sure we have the resources to add more investigations and lawsuits with jeopardizing any current litigation.
