The U.S. Supreme Court has issued another bombshell ruling in a term seemingly full of them, this time regarding former President Donald Trump. On Monday, the court published a 6-3 decision in the case Trump v. United States, stemming from indictments leveled against the former president for the events at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. The court has long been expected to deliver an opinion on Trump's claims of presidential immunity from prosecution, holding in its ruling that the president has absolute immunity regarding his core constitutional duties and presumed immunity regarding his official acts. |

72% of Voters Say Biden Is Not Fit for Office |

Almost three-quarters of American voters say that President Joe Biden is not mentally fit to be commander-in-chief, according to a stunning new poll released Sunday. The CBS News/YouGov survey was conducted in the days following the first presidential debate last week, which both Republican and Democratic observers agreed was disastrous for Biden as he often appeared confused, mumbled hoarsely and incoherently, and made nonsensical and false statements. |

74 Members of Congress Vote 100% in Line with Values of Faith, Family, and Freedom |

Last week, Family Research Council's legislative arm, FRC Action, released the annual Vote Scorecard that tracks where members of Congress stand in their commitment to supporting faith, family, and freedom. On the 2023 scorecard, FRC Action found that "69 U.S. representatives and five U.S. senators scored a perfect 100 percent for votes cast in 2023" in championing these values. As FRC President Tony Perkins emphasized in a statement, "Americans should be encouraged to know that they have so many members of Congress who, despite relentless attacks from the Left and the media, are standing strong for faith, family, and freedom." |

SCOTUS Vacates Rulings on Laws Banning Social Media Censorship of Conservatives |

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to rule on state laws holding social media platforms accountable for censoring political or unpopular opinions from users. In a unanimous decision released Monday morning, the high court vacated the rulings in the cases of NetChoice v. Moody and NetChoice v. Paxton, which centered on laws passed in Florida and Texas. Despite passing in 2021, the laws still have yet to go into effect while the litigation continues. |
