1) Quote of the Day

"These have been the worst four days for the Democratic Party since Lee surrendered at Appomattox." -Unnamed Democratic operative

2) Biden Attacks the Highest Court of the Land

Joe Biden's comeback address last night was a feeble attempt to regain the support of the far-left troops of the Democratic Party (these days that's a redundancy) by assailing the recent string of Supreme Court decisions.

Ironically, just a while back he was assailing Republicans as “dangers to democracy” for daring to question the fairness of the New York jury verdict against Trump. Now he is saying that the rulings of the highest court in the land are extreme and should be overturned. He even advised the American people to "dissent" from this decision.

Wasn't this speech a danger to the rule of law? Isn't THIS an incitement to violence?

Here is a perfect quote from Utah Senator Mike Lee, on Biden's shaky four minutes of court-bashing yesterday:

That said, if this speech can rally liberals behind him, we are all for it.

3) Celebrating the Freedom Court
Why is the left so indignant and riled up?

Because the theme of nearly all of the major Court decisions of the past several days is to rule in the direction of limiting the power of what has become an unrestrained and abusive federal government.

Let us review:

The Supreme Court finally overturned the Chevron Doctrine, which unconstitutionally delegated to unelected bureaucrats the power to expand and enforce laws and regulations not explicitly approved by Congress.

The Court reined in the power of the EPA in an important federalism ruling.

The Court ruled that a six-year statute of limitations barring outside groups from suing the federal government over regulations only starts for a specific plaintiff when the regulation first applies to them.

The court continues to take opportunities to protect our freedom of speech.

There were more victories along these lines, but you get the general theme here.

Perhaps the best summary of the court’s decisions was provided by Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson who warned that they “have the potential to devastate the functioning of the Federal Government."

That’s an exaggeration, but Washington is clearly losing power.

What is also clear is that there is now a fairly solid 6-3 voting bloc for liberty.

Special thanks to Leonard Leo, Mitch McConnell, George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush, Donald Trump, Jim DeMint, and the many others who made this majority for freedom possible.

4) The New York Times Believes in the White Buffalo Prophecy

When we read this Sunday New York Times headline, we weren't sure if it was a spoof or real. But the sighting of this white buffalo calf made the A section of Sunday's Times with the lead that according to legend, this rare event indicates "the earth is at a crossroads."

[link removed]
The ancient Native American prophecy warns that the arrival of the rarer white calf means that Mother Earth "is sick and has a fever" and is seeking "peace and harmony."

If we don't "unite globally", disasters await us.

If this doesn't inspire us to pass a carbon tax and abolish cars before it's too late - nothing will.

So it appears that "voodoo economics" has been replaced at the Times with “voodoo climate change.”
