AFL is proud to represent Congressman Jackson, Mr. and Mrs. Force, and Ms. Singer in their battle against the Biden Administration’s lawless use of taxpayer funds to facilitate and subsidize Palestinian terrorism despite having actual knowledge how these funds have been used and will continue to be used.
Statement from Stuart and Robbi Force:
“Robbi and I are very appreciative of Judge Kacsmaryck’s denial of the government’s motions to dismiss our complaint. We were very upset that the Biden Administration has been violating the Taylor Force Act, named in honor of Taylor, our loving son and patriotic American. Before passage of this law, hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars were directly funding terrorist crimes that took the lives of many innocent people, like Taylor. For the defendants to violate the TFA and resume sending taxpayer dollars to terrorist entities is personally heartbreaking to our family and Taylor’s many friends, and is an affront to the strong bipartisan support the Act received in Congress. We are grateful for AFL’s leadership in this important effort to ensure the law is followed.” said Stuart and Robbi Force.
Statement from Sarri Singer:
“I am very happy the Court denied the Defendants’ motion to dismiss our lawsuit a second time, and instead understands the importance of upholding the law. The Biden Administration must be held accountable for its use of taxpayer funding of “pay to slay,” which only perpetuates the cycle of violence and terrorism every day. It must be stopped.” said Sarri Singer.
Statement from U.S. Congressman Ronny Jackson (TX-13):
“The law is clear that taxpayer dollars should not be funding Palestinian terrorism. I am grateful that the Court made the correct decision to deny the Biden administration’s efforts to dismiss the case brought by America First Legal on behalf of Stuart and Robbi Force, Sarri Singer, and me. This administration has been illegally funding terrorism by providing taxpayer dollars to Palestinian terrorists who want to bring harm to American and Israeli interests. This critical decision will help to hold the Biden administration accountable and ensure that the national security of the United States and Israel is prioritized over the illegal funding of terrorism with American taxpayer dollars.” said Rep. Jackson.
Statement from Reed D. Rubinstein, America First Legal Senior Vice President:
“The Biden Administration’s $1.5 billion in illegal payments to Gaza, the West Bank, and the UNRWA have led to mass death, destruction, and disaster. Biden officials knew that by unlawfully overturning the existing Trump Administration’s “no funds” policy and violating the Taylor Force Act, U.S. taxpayers would end up subsidizing Hamas’s tunnels and missiles and the corrupt Palestinian Authority’s obscene pay-to-slay bounty program. Now, accountability is on the horizon.” said Reed D. Rubinstein.
