Today’s decision by the Supreme Court to grant immunity to Former President Trump has upended over 200 years of precedent and is a far cry from the democracy envisioned by our Founding Fathers.

Once again, Donald Trump’s extremist right wing court has come to his rescue, dramatically expanding the power of the presidency and removing any fear of prosecution for criminal acts committed using official power.
