Today’s Supreme Court decision in Trump vs. United States underscores the importance of reelecting Joe Biden as the only way to put an end to the MAGA attempts to eliminate democracy as we know it and install Trump as a dictator.
Americans who agree with Justice Sonia Sotomayor’s dissenting opinion and believe that our nation is not a dictatorship and that the President is not a king have an obligation to come to the defense of our Constitution and Democracy this November. It's up to voters to send the message that no one, especially a convicted felon, is above the law.

Should he get another term - Trump will certainly appoint more Supreme Court justices who will push a Trump-first radical agenda that will clear the path for the criminal ex-president to rule as a dictator, as he has already promised to do.
The only thing standing between our Democracy and Trump’s pursuit of a dictatorship is this election. The contrast couldn’t be clearer: Donald Trump is an existential threat to democracy and Democrats will defend it. New Mexicans have a chance to reject Donald Trump’s self-obsessed quest for power once and for all – Joe Biden will make sure they reject it for good in November.
