By now, you’ve probably seen the Supreme Court ruling that Donald Trump is entitled to some level of immunity from prosecution, a decision that will almost surely delay the trial of the case against him on charges of plotting to subvert the 2020 election past the coming election in November.
This means Trump could win the 2024 election and still be on trial for trying to subvert the 2020 election. 
If elected again, Trump could order the Justice Department to drop the charges against him. He could also commit more crimes so long as he acts within his broadly defined “constitutional authority.”
Why are we emailing you about it? Because Latino voters will be the force that stops Trump from getting re-elected. 
There are over 4 million young Latinos who will become eligible to vote by this November. The 2016 election was decided by just 2.8 million votes. If we get these young progressive voters to turn out, we can hold Trump accountable and make sure he never enters the White house again.
