John,

As the dog days of summer arrive, it’s hard to imagine that colder temperatures are just around the corner. But for homeless veterans living on the streets in states with brutally cold winters, the fear of the approaching cold lingers with each passing summer day.

To help these brave men and women face the harsh winter ahead, Soldiers' Angels has launched Operation: Warm Winter

From July 1 - September 30, we are collecting donations of blankets, hats, gloves, and coats to ensure homeless Veterans are equipped to withstand the cold. Your support can make a significant difference in their lives, providing them with warmth and comfort during the toughest months of the year.

Don't wait! Act now. The more items we collect during the campaign, the more Veterans we can provide with warmth and inspire with hope.

Thank you for your continued support of our Nation's heroes, past and present.

Amy Palmer | President & CEO

P.S.—Last year, we exceeded our goal of collecting 2,000 items for Operation: Warm Winter and ended the campaign with 2,478 items! Can you help us meet or exceed 2,000 items again this year?
