John,

Jack Smith's case against President Trump was just bludgeoned by the Supreme Court.

The high Court agreed with your ACLJ in back-to-back decisions, upholding the Constitution against the out-of-control prosecution of Biden's political enemies.

Similar to our win on the Trump ballot ban earlier this year, this is a resounding victory for our constitutional republic.

Just moments ago, the Justices agreed with our amicus brief that U.S. Presidents – including President Trump – are immune from politicized criminal prosecutions for official acts in office.

But the fight against these unconstitutional prosecutions of Biden's political enemies is far from over. In just days, we're filing a brief in the Georgia Court of Appeals to disqualify Fani Willis' corrupt prosecution of Trump.

And right now we urgently need your Tax-Deductible support. TODAY we're launching our Life & Liberty Drive, and it couldn't come at a more crucial moment to defend our Constitution. Have your gift DOUBLED today.

Double Impact: $5 Becomes $10; $20 Becomes $40.

We must defeat this two-tiered system of justice and defend the Constitution. Today, as we go back to court, take urgent action with us.
