As you may know, we are just a couple of months away from the Democratic National Convention. As the Democratic Congresswoman for PA-07, I had the honor of helping select the delegates to represent our community at the Convention. Now, I consider it my responsibility to help these delegates get to Chicago.

We have an inspiring group of energetic, diverse leaders heading to Chicago to represent our community in the final nomination process. I trust these leaders to support what is best for our country come August. However, most of the individuals selected as delegates do not have the personal means to fund the journey to Chicago on their own. To support these delegates, the Lehigh County Democratic Party is hosting a fundraising reception tonight at 7pm in Allentown. The funds raised will be used only for the travel and hotel expenses of the delegates.

I will be there, and plan to contribute toward their expenses. I would be so grateful if you would consider joining me in making a contribution to help our delegates get to Chicago! Thank you for all of your generous support which goes a long way to saving our democracy.
