John,
The compromised Supreme Court just delivered a blow to our democracy. In a 6-3 decision, the Court ruled that Trump has immunity for "official acts" as president, but not for private conduct. They've sent the case back to lower courts, effectively delaying any trial until after the 2024 election.
We’ve been clear about this from day one: this is election interference.
Join us in demanding that Congress take swift action to investigate and reform the Supreme Court.
Here's our take on what this all means:
Let's be clear: Trump's efforts to overturn the 2020 election results were an attack on democracy and America itself.
Join us in demanding that Congress take swift action to investigate and reform the Supreme Court.
As long as we’re around, Women’s March will fight like hell to protect our freedoms. The fight against a fascist takeover isn’t over. It’s only just beginning. Feminists, buckle up.
With determination,
Rachel O'Leary Carmona
