Donald Trump is a convicted felon; he was found guilty of civil fraud for nearly half a billion dollars; a civil court found him liable for sexual assault; he faces criminal charges for stealing classified documents, and trying to overturn the 2020 election.

And his hand-picked Supreme Court justices just said he is immune from prosecution!

Here's what Gerry had to say about this reprehensible decision.

Two of these justices have spouses who supported overturning the election. They should have recused themselves. Three of them were appointed by Donald Trump and should have recused themselves.

Instead, they just wrote him a blank check to get revenge on his enemies if he wins in 2024.

tIt's all hands on deck. We have to make sure we beat Donald Trump, and elect a Democratic House and Senate that will expand the court and appoint Supreme Court Justices who believe in democracy. [[link removed]]
