John,
On this day 53 years ago, the 26th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was ratified, lowering the federal voting age from 21 to 18 years old. This historic change extended the right to vote to more than 10 million young Americans, amplifying their voices in shaping the future of our country.
I vividly remember the first time I voted as a college student in the 2020 general election. It was a moment of empowerment, knowing that my voice would contribute to shaping our democracy. Four years later, an estimated 16 million 18-19-year-olds will be newly eligible to join me in voting this year.
In 2024, all eyes are on young voters. Their power to decide elections — from the issues to the candidates — is irrefutable. That’s why we need you.
Will you donate $24 to help us educate, mobilize, and register young voters this election season ahead of the 2024 general election? >>> [[link removed]]
EMPOWER GEN Z VOICES THIS ELECTION SEASON: [[link removed]]
John, in an age of social media, we need to meet young voters where they are to educate and engage them in the political process. By connecting the issues young people care about to what’s on the ballot, we can continue record-breaking voter turnout among Gen Z. Help us make that happen and chip in today! >>> [[link removed]]
