*June 26, 2024 [ [link removed] ] – Docket No. 20004-167-ET-24 (Record No. 17535)* - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Montana-Dakota Utilities (MDU) to decrease its voluntary Renewable Energy Rider Rate 15 Program (Rate 15) rate from $0.62 to $0.22 per block to its participating customers, effective for usage on and after June 1, 2024. The Commission’s approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order.
*July 1, 2024 [ [link removed] ] – Docket No. 10016-82-CT-24 (Record No. 17606)* - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of Wyrulec Company’s (Wyrulec or the Cooperative) Application for authority to update its Miscellaneous Charges, Allowances and Avoided Cost Tariff; Wyoming PSC No. 2, 4th Revised sheet No. D-2R.
