Following the news of Thursday’s debate — where convicted felon Donald Trump lied every 100 seconds — the United States Supreme Court quietly overturned a 40-year-old precedent and stripped executive agencies of their authority to interpret laws.

What does this mean for the nation? Trump’s ultra-conservative court stripped federal agencies like the EPA and FDA of their ability to use their expertise, education, and experience to set the rules and regulations. Then, they gave themselves that authority.

This power move is just the start of the dangerous, ultra-conservative Project 2025 doctrine. We need to fight back together while we still can. Here’s what we need to do:

stop
Trump
from
winning
in
Michigan
so
we
can
stop
him
from
nominating
3
young
Supreme
Court
justices
if
current
justices
step
down
from
the
bench.
If
he
has
the
chance,
America
will
be
stuck
with
an
ultra-conservative
majority
SCOTUS
for
generations.
2.
We
need
to
elect
fair
and
impartial
judges
in
Michigan
who
will
put
the
interests
of
Michiganders
and
the
law
ahead
of
corporate
greed.
3.
We
need
to
elect
Democrats
to
the
U.S.
House,
U.S.
Senate,
and
Michigan
State
House
who
will
use
their
power
to
fight
back
against
the
extremist
Project
2025
doctrine.

We can achieve every item above if we unite and come together behind the Michigan Democratic Party’s winning grassroots strategy to get out the vote and propel Democrats to victory in every corner of Michigan. But, Friend, we cannot do this without you.
