Today’s Supreme Court immunity ruling in favor of more delays in the federal trial of Donald Trump further delays his federal trial and confirms that the Roberts Court is corrupt, faces a legitimacy crisis, and requires binding ethics reform.

This ruling was anticipated in a national Supreme Court briefing earlier this week. Congressman Jamie Raskin told PCCC members the Roberts Court "intervened in the 2024 presidential campaign" by accepting and delaying Trump’s case in the first place – and said the Court is acting in "wholly inappropriate and lawless, unethical ways."

John, nothing can be done to reign in this extreme Supreme Court if we lose the Senate. If anything, it will get worse.
