Argh ye, argh ye! The Pirate Queen is dead, and trouble is on the horizon! Two crews, both alike in infamy, have come to vie for power! Get ready for an off-Davey-Jones'-Rocker Pirate Mystery on the Dry Seas! Sign up for Noir Night at Hurst Public Library and test your detective (and costume) skills in a fun and immersive evening of crime solving!
Dinosaurs with BK Bones

This week at the Library, expect eye-catching dino images, fossils (and fossil replicas), and lots of high-energy interaction. Best for kids in grades 1-6.
Teen Water Balloon Fight

End your summer with an epic water balloon fight! Registration is required. Open to grades 6-12.
 Fellowship of the Crafters
Tuesday, July 23, 6:00 p.m. - 7:45 p.m.
Each crafting project is its own epic journey, but you don't have to craft alone. Join the Fellowship of the Crafters every 4th Tuesday of the month from 6:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. in the Library Reading Alcove with your current work in progress, regardless of the medium. We provide the chat and snacks, and you provide the craft!
 Summer Reading Club Closing Party
Featuring Chaz Marie Band

Summer's almost over, but the adventure hasn't ended yet! Join us at 6:00 p.m. for a Touch-a-Truck featuring vehicles from the Hurst Fire and Police Departments, along with snacks, crafts, and giant games in the lobby for the whole family. Be sure to stay for the powerhouse vocals of Chaz Marie Band at 7:00 p.m. in Library Program Rooms North and South. The Hurst Public Library and Arts Council Northeast are proud to partner to bring you this year's MasterWorks concert series!
