I know it's Sunday, and your inbox is probably overflowing with all sorts of last-minute campaign pleas. I know mine is.

Listen, I really don’t like asking you for money. Believe me, if I didn’t have to, I’d never ask again. I want you to understand that even though we have to ask a lot, I don’t expect you to donate to every single email or text you get from us.

The truth is, you are an indispensable member of our movement, whether or not you can contribute financially. Your involvement — whether you prefer to write postcards, share our social media posts, or volunteer in some other capacity — helps us achieve our common goal of forcing government action on the climate crisis.

What we do here is simple but powerful: elect climate champions who will hold Big Oil accountable and push for bold climate action. We combine direct financial support with grassroots efforts, focusing on down-ballot races where even modest contributions can make a big difference. And we’ve already had some amazing victories this quarter!

In California, Big Oil buckled under the pressure and removed their dangerous referendum from the November ballot just hours before the deadline! They wasted $61 million to try to overturn a commonsense environmental law, but in the end — it was our activism that prevailed.

Thanks to the help of this community — two of our three Jane PAC-endorsed candidates in Colorado, Elliott Hood and Junie Joseph, won their primaries, and are one step closer to winning in November!

But our ability to secure more victories like these depends on individuals showing up however they can. Tonight is our end-of-quarter deadline.
