The COVID-19 crisis is expected to reach its peak in the United States in the coming weeks. But some vulnerable populations aren't getting the attention or the solutions they deserve: the millions of Americans trapped in correctional facilities right now, the millions more impacted by the justice system on the outside, and their loved ones and allies.

That’s why we’re coming together this Thursday to provide updates and discuss solutions. Click here to RSVP and save your spot.

Details about what’s really happening behind prison walls or what people in power are doing to address this crisis are few and far between.

We at Dream Corps #cut50 have called on our friends in the medical field, from the criminal justice reform world, and in the trenches inside of prisons to gather together and shed light on this prison pandemic. We’re convening this coming Thursday to share live updates and calls to action – will you join us?

Join #cut50 and our allies for the first of a series of dispatches from the frontlines, as we shed light on what effect this virus is projected to have – and is already having – on the people behind bars, justice system workers, our country's prisons, and communities.

This week, you’ll be joined by expert voices Dr. Lisa Puglisi (Yale University), Pamela Winn (RestoreHER), Shaka Senghor (writer & activist), Topeka K. Sam (Ladies of Hope Ministries), Khalil Cumberbatch (New Yorkers United for Justice), and our very own Michael Mendoza and Louis L. Reed who will be providing updates from their contacts on the inside.

No matter what you’re going through, you’re not going through it alone. We are here to provide information, updates, and hope to you and your loved ones in this moment. Will you join us for the first of our new informational COVID-19 Dispatch series

Together, we can stop this prison pandemic and bring them home.

In solidarity & strength,
- The #cut50 team
