John,
Did you see my email from earlier? Tonight at midnight we face a critical fundraising deadline.
After today, we’ll file a report with the Federal Election Commission showing how much money we’ve raised and spent, and how much cash-on-hand we have for the election ahead.
Our opponents and the media will comb through the report, looking for a weakness. It’s up to us to show them the power of our grassroots progressive movement instead.
For nearly 9 months, I have been relentlessly calling for a permanent ceasefire, demanding my fellow members of Congress and President Biden see Palestinians as human beings.
Instead, our government continues to send the Israeli government more weapons of war to kill innocent civilians. Already, more than 37,000 Palestinians have been killed. And just this week, 62 Democrats joined House Republicans to pass legislation to prohibit U.S. officials from even citing the Palestinian death toll. This is genocide denial and an attempt to erase not only living Palestinians, but dead Palestinians as well.
A new report from Save the Children documents that in addition to the 15,000 children who’ve been killed by Israeli forces and U.S. weapons, more than 20,000 children are lost, disappeared, detained, buried under rubble, or in mass graves.1 This kind of brutality is exactly why we will never stop demanding an immediate and permanent ceasefire to save innocent lives.
Rush a donation right now, before our midnight fundraising deadline, and show the right-wing anti-ceasefire movement that we will never stop working for a world where everyone’s dignity and humanity is respected. We will never stop demanding a permanent ceasefire and equality for Palestinians.

Thank you for always being by my side.
In love and solidarity,
Rashida

John,
Our Squad and our anti-genocide movement are under attack by right-wing AIPAC donors who are flooding Democratic primaries with Republican money. In Jamaal Bowman’s recent primary loss in New York, anti-ceasefire groups even registered thousands of Republicans to vote in the Democratic primary.
With more Squad primary elections coming up soon, we must fight back.
Today represents a critical fundraising deadline for our re-election campaign. It’s a chance to show AIPAC and right-wing donors the power of our ceasefire movement and that we’re ready for the fight ahead.
Rush an end-of-quarter donation of $5 to our campaign today and power our movement for human rights and Palestinian liberation.
We need more elected officials in office who recognize our shared humanity and who see Palestinians as human beings.
But other Congresspeople have been intimidated and silenced by AIPAC before, and now that AIPAC’s pro-Trump billionaire donors spent $20 million to defeat Jamaal Bowman, many of my colleagues in Congress are paying attention to the rest of the Squad’s elections to see if speaking up for Palestinians’ rights is worth the political risk.
AIPAC represents the biggest source of Republican money going into Democratic elections, undermining our democracy. And it’s not just AIPAC. So far, 50 U.S. billionaires have spent more than $600 million to influence our 2024 elections and take down our progressive movement.
But we won’t back down or be silenced. We will continue demanding the U.S. government divest from genocide and instead invest in our communities’ needs, like healthcare and housing.
Rush an end-of-quarter contribution today, before tonight’s midnight deadline, and show AIPAC and their right-wing donors the power of our progressive anti-genocide movement.

Thank you so much. Together, we will continue fighting back against genocide and against big money in politics. We’ll keep building a government that works for all of us, not just the privileged few—where everyone has the chance to thrive.
In solidarity,
Rashida
