Dear John,
As Pride Month comes to a close, we at Equality Virginia want you to know that we are so grateful for all the ways our community showed up to support and care for one another! We hope you took time this month to reflect on what Pride means to you. You can visit our Instagram and read how Equality Virginia staff celebrated Pride this year! This year we saw LGBTQ+ Virginians attend Pride festivals, march in parades or at protests, support LGBTQ+ organizations with their time or money, prioritize rest and self-care, offer mutual aid, hold their elected officials accountable, and create art in and with community.
We're grateful for our small business partners who hosted benefits or donated proceeds to fund our critical work not just this month but year round. Thank you! Although the last day of Pride month is coming to a close, you can still make a commitment to moving Virginia forward and supporting our organization's work: |

Take Our Community Listening Survey! As part of our Strategic Planning, Equality Virginia would like to hear from people who identify as LGBTQIA+ and their allies to learn more about what you want and need to feel supported, welcomed, affirmed, safe, and happy. You can take the survey by visiting bit.ly/EQVASurvey.
