John, I’m about to ask you to rush a $27 donation to my campaign before my end of quarter deadline TONIGHT. But I feel like if I’m asking you to give your hard-earned money, you should know why.

I’m asking you to give because the future of North Carolina is on the line.

As you read this, candidates like Mark Robinson are spewing far-right hatred, attacking our basic human rights, mocking school shooting survivors, and committing to TOTAL abortion bans on day one of their administrations.

It’s sickening that candidates like him have a real chance at being in power next year. So I’m doing everything in my power to end people like Mark Robinson’s time in public office.

Now that I’ve become the first Muslim woman re-elected in North Carolina history, I’m turning my focus to defeating the threat of the far-right across our entire state.

But it’s only possible if you stand with me.
