Just when I think this community can’t inspire me any more, you do.

This morning, I logged on to see that this community has almost reached our stretch goal—the one we set after blowing past our original fundraising goal.

This is huge—especially since this year has already presented its own unique challenges. Our Policy team is facing off against Big Meat’s allies in Congress, as they threaten to overturn the animal protection laws we’ve fought for over decades. Our team of animal welfare experts is researching the worst outbreak of avian influenza in history. And through it all, we’re striving to reach some of the most ambitious goals we’ve ever set to spare hens from cages.

Your generosity is what continually inspires us to set higher and higher goals for animals. And we’re so close to reaching the stretch goal we’ve set.
