Hi there,

As an engaged voter and political supporter, you know that down-ballot elections do not get the attention they deserve.

That’s why today, we wanted to introduce you to our endorsed candidate, Stephanie Arguello, who is running for an important seat on the School Board in Seminole County, Florida.

Stephanie’s opponent is a Republican (who recently switched to “NPA” before this election cycle) who has held the seat for 8 years and whose children have been out of the school system for over a decade. It’s time for working parents to be represented on the board, and we are thrilled to be supporting a truly representative candidate like Stephanie.

If elected, Stephanie would be the first Black woman to hold this seat and the only school board member with a child in the school district. Will you donate a split $20.24 or more before MIDNIGHT to help us support Stephanie’s candidacy?

With everything happening in Florida, it’s critical that school boards are made up of people who aren’t afraid to stand up to MAGA influences.

According to the American Library Association, book bans have increased 65% in 2023 compared to the year prior — the highest levels ever documented. As CNN has reported, in the first half of the 2023-2024 school year, “Florida had the highest number of bans compared to other states.”

And that’s not all. This school district is also experiencing a heartbreaking removal of pride flags, a prolonged shortage of teachers and staff, poor salaries, and diminishing quality of education for children. Seminole County recently experienced a loss of $1.3 million dollars from the teacher salary budget due to a phishing scam.

Beyond tackling these problems, Stephanie is passionate about advocating for menstrual education and increased access to the necessary products to ensure healthy menstruation management for all students and teachers. With over half of the student and teacher population being female, she is committed to advocating to reduce the impact of period poverty.

By electing women like Stephanie into local offices, we will ensure our students, communities, and environment will prosper. Can you help elect Stephanie by pitching in a split $20.24 or more before midnight? → [link removed]
