As a former Chair of the House Intelligence Committee, I can tell you that there is no piece of campaign intel more valued than the totals reflected on your opponents’ FEC reports.

It’s how we determine how much our opponent will have to spend, where we will have to allocate our own scarce resources, and where our opportunities and vulnerabilities are most apparent.
