Together, we’ve banned fracking in Maryland, New York, and Washington State, as well as in dozens of counties and local communities. Now, we’ve successfully pressured California Governor Newsom to phase it out.
We’ve secured safe, affordable public drinking water for people in cities like Baltimore and elsewhere. And, we won the first-ever regulations on PFAS in drinking water and compelled the Environmental Protection Agency to propose new water pollution control standards for slaughterhouses and rendering facilities.
Because of you, while others retreated in the face of daunting odds, Food & Water Action pushed forward. Together, we can create the tomorrow we want and deserve.
