John, During a crisis like the one we’re facing now, we often turn to our government and elected officials for leadership, clarity, and decisive action. Devastatingly, President Trump and his administration have given us none of these things. Trump has completely bungled the coronavirus pandemic response by downplaying its severity, creating a faulty test, firing the pandemic response team, and many other missteps. He has spread misinformation, continually used the “Wuhan virus” misnomer, and promoted unstudied cures. And he’s even called for a premature end to social distancing guidelines, which would risk the lives of all Americans. Fortunately, we are lucky to have one member of the administration step up and bring true leadership and expertise to the coronavirus pandemic: Dr. Anthony Fauci of the National Institutes of Health. We think he deserves our thanks for his leadership -- will you sign our thank you card for Dr. Fauci so we can express our collective gratitude? 
Dr. Fauci has been an outspoken voice that has saved -- and will continue to save -- countless lives. Time and time again, he has delivered science-based predictions and solutions, unafraid to give Americans the sobering updates we need to hear. Dr. Fauci has consistently led the nation’s response in the right direction as the leading expert on the coronavirus and the plan to curb its spread. And now that he’s taking up the spotlight, Trump is blasting out retweets calling for him to be fired. That’s why we want to thank Dr. Fauci for his leadership in these uncertain times -- and we want you to have the chance to as well. Dr. Fauci has been on the frontlines of the federal government’s response to the pandemic from the very start.
