As you know too well, House Democrats ALREADY PASSED legislative solutions to defend and reinforce American Democracy when we had the majority.

– As Speaker, I led our House Democrats to pass the Freedom to Vote: John R. Lewis Act in 2021.

– Then, sadly, Mitch McConnell's Senate Republicans shamefully BLOCKED its passage.

– Now, I will do EVERYTHING in my power to elect pro-Democracy Democrats across America and restore our Democratic trifecta to defend the freedom to vote of every voter in every zip code.

If we want to maximize our chance of saving our Democracy, taking back the House, and STOPPING Republicans from barging back into power, I’m going to need every single Democrat to step up and do their part in this historic election. As of 2:30pm, I'm calling on 11,109 of my most loyal Democrats to chip in $5 to the DCCC before the end-of-quarter deadline. Can I count on you to step up?
