Taxpayer, I once read that cats have the intelligence level of a two-year-old human child. 

So, I can’t stop worrying about NIH’s latest ploy to hurt 34 cats:  

• Electrodes rammed in her face  
• Wires drilled into her skull 
• Nerves slashed with scissors 
• Electro-shocked for six months 
• Death 

No one would consider performing (or funding) this kind of mad science on 34 human toddlers.  

But 34 cats? No one bats an eye. 

Well, Taxpayer, we do! WCW is on a mission to get the government out of the cat and kitten experimentation business. Every lab counts.  

Including UC Irvine’s electric shock lab. Taxpayers have been funding this torture chamber for nearly a decade (MUCH more info below). 

The deadline to block NIH’s payout is Monday. Unless our fundraising picks up, we’re going to lose. 34 cats will be electro-shocked and exterminated in a filthy college basement. 

Taxpayer, will you PLEASE send help? 

Anthony, several cats live in my household. We communicate with each other. We read each other like books. We love each other. 

They aren't just my pets. They're members of my family. They're my babies!
