With most of us stuck at home away from our friends, family and loved ones, there is no doubt that being in lockdown is difficult. I wanted to reassure you that everyone at Greenpeace is with you in spirit and you are far from alone.

Through these unprecedented times your unwavering support has been, and will continue to be, crucial in continuing to secure a safer, greener, more peaceful world. Like everyone else, we have had to adapt to one of the most challenging moments in recent history but we are still here campaigning for the necessary changes our world needs. The bottom line is, you make all of this possible and we couldn't do it without you. Thank you for standing with us. Together we are Greenpeace.

It’s been inspiring to see the different ways people have been adjusting to the situation and it’s truly heartening to see communities pull together to support our front line workers and protect those most in need.

Despite all of this, the situation we find ourselves in can bring low moments which can be hard to deal with. It’s vital we keep our spirits up and take moments for ourselves to get away from it all, so we wanted to share with you the 5 things that we have been enjoying this week to try and help.
