I have a huge FEC deadline in just two days. It's the end of the quarter on June 30, and all of our numbers will be public for everyone to see – and I still need to raise $417,000.

With Ted Cruz and me tied 41-41, all eyes are on Texas and our chance to beat Ted hinges on us being able to hit this critical goal, and he knows it. 

I don't want to give Cruz and the super PACs supporting him any reason to believe this campaign isn't firing on all cylinders. Ted Cruz has raised over $51 million to keep his seat, and you can bet that he and his shady, extremist mega donors are going to keep spending as much cash as they possibly can to win this race.

With so much at stake in this election, we simply can't afford to fall behind now. Reaching my $750,000 FEC deadline goal is the only way to ensure we have the resources to reach enough undecided voters to take the lead and make sure Texans have a Senator who will fight for their rights.
