Today’s Supreme Court ruling protects and makes it more difficult to prosecute the insurrectionists who carried out the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol.

The perpetrators of this violent, anti-democratic insurrection cannot be allowed to evade justice. Every insurrectionist must be held accountable for their actions and this ruling undermines the Department of Justice’s ability to do so.

For our democracy, our fundamental rights, and for our country, Democrats need to show we are ready to fight back against this extremism now. We’re facing an FEC deadline in just two days and it’s vital we prove our strength. Chip in $10 now to stand with Jerry in this fight.
