We wanted to take a moment to answer some questions we get about our emails:

1. Why do you send these emails?
   
   These emails are one of the primary ways DAGA raises money to support all the work we do to uplift Democratic AGs and candidates. Our budgets depend on raising a certain amount from email, and when we fall short, we aren’t able to do all the work we want to in a critical election year. They’re also the most direct way for our team to send critical updates to our supporters — like you!
    
2. Does my $5 really make a difference?
   
   Yes! $5 may seem like a drop in the bucket, but it speaks to the power of a grassroots team. When you multiply $5 or $10 over and over by everyone reading this email, the impact can be huge. But grassroots power only works if everyone plays their part.
    
3. Do you expect me to donate every time you reach out?
   
   Of course not! But we do hope you open our emails and give them a read, because they have the most up-to-date information about our work, and your engagement helps us out.

While we don’t expect you to donate to every email, we hope you’ll consider donating to this one. We have a critical end-of-quarter fundraising deadline coming up Sunday at midnight, and we’re not on track to hit our goal.
