Friend,
This week marked two years since our prayers were answered and Roe v. Wade was overturned. Since the Supreme Court made this historic decision, countless lives have been saved.
To me, the pro-life movement has never been just about ending abortion, but about valuing life at every stage. From the second a woman finds out she is pregnant, she should be surrounded by support, confident in her ability to access care, and empowered to choose life.
In Congress, I’m proud to champion a culture of life and am leading on policies that will save as many lives as possible. This week, I helped introduce the More Opportunities for Moms to Succeed (MOMS) Act. The bill expands prenatal care via telehealth, provides funding opportunities for community organizations that provide medical care, housing, and parenting education, and creates a new website with personalized resources for new and expecting moms.
I will continue to champion a culture of life and work to save as many moms and babies as possible. Read on for more information about my recent work for Iowans!
