Clearly, Joe Biden is not up to the imperative task of preventing Donald Trump from winning the presidency this fall.

We don’t have to put up with this. It’s time to insist that Democrats in the Senate and House stop serving as Biden’s enablers and now tell him -- and the public -- that he must immediately announce a decision not to run for re-election.
