If we had a nickel for every time the Supreme Court leaked a decision related to abortion, we’d have…well, we’d have two nickels. But it is weird that it’s happened twice.

Give today to help our work keeping the pressure on to expand access to abortion and advance reproductive justice everywhere.

All kidding aside, the leak this week on the EMTALA decision is just the latest example of the chaos in the courts and the impact of anti-abortion leaders trying to use the highest courts in the land for their own twisted agenda.

We won’t let it stand. We know abortion is health care and it saves lives – no matter how many bogus cases the court agrees to hear.

While we are grateful for this most recent decision that will protect pregnant people in states with abortion bans from facing delays or being denied medically necessary abortions, we are also gravely aware of the serious damage this court has done and the work ahead.
