We at Women’s and Fair Practices recognize that our diversity as a union is our greatest strength. It takes each and every one of us sticking together to make this federation work for all federal and D.C. government workers.

Understanding this, WFP is excited to announce our newest Diversity Calendar. We think it’s important that all members of our union feel recognized, acknowledged, and prioritized through the work that we do. We’ve made a conscious effort to include as many observances on this calendar, through 2025, as possible to be inclusive of all ethnicities, nationalities, religions, and more.
