This month on #FastFactFridays, we're focusing on summer statistics. During school holidays, preteens and teens under 14
are more likely to experience pregnancies, with peak months for births in March, April, and September—nine months after June, July, and December. This trend was disrupted only in 2020 during the pandemic. Older teens also face increased pregnancy risks in June, December, October, and November. Source: CDC Natality dataset, 2016-2022. |
