Dear John xxxxxx,
I'm writing with good news for you!
The Ten Commandments will now be proudly displayed in all
Louisiana schools.
Gov. Jeff Landry just signed a law which reads: “Each public school governing authority and the governing authority of each nonpublic
school that receives state funds shall display the Ten Commandments in each building it uses and classroom in each school under its
jurisdiction.” The
bill to restore the Ten Commandments in schools has popular support. The Louisiana Senate and House -- with resounding super-majorities -- have
approved it. But
the backlash is fierce.
The ACLU is suing.
And other radical groups are fighting to keep God away from schools.
They want to kick God out. But rainbow sin flags are OK.
So please:
Click here to tell Gov. Landry not to back down & to
support restoring God's law in schools.
Your voice is powerful. It will not only encourage Gov. Landry to stand firm but also inspire leaders in
others states to follow his example.
The Ten Commandments are the basis of morality, law, and justice throughout Western Christian Culture. Only the relativistic
modernist mind entertains arguments that anyone has the “right” to serve false gods, kill (abortion), commit adultery, steal or lie.
If children followed
God’s Law, school shootings would become a thing of the past.
But as you know, America’s schools are too often dens of sin and chaos. In such cases, a posted copy
of the Ten Commandments is a beacon of order.
What is most surprising is this:
The Louisiana Ten Commandment Bill is extremely popular among the grassroots. The bill
sailed through both houses of the state legislature with huge margins.
Legislators would only vote for the Ten Commandments with popular support. In fact, only one lawmaker,
Sen. Royce Duplessis (D-New Orleans), dared to speak out against the bill.
The bill represents a failure of the left to push its anti-Christian agenda despite all the power of
media and culture it holds.
Louisiana is not the only state to call for
posting the Ten Commandments. Texas, South Carolina, and Utah have also attempted such legislation to indicate how beloved the Commandments are.
The Ten Commandments are valid
for all times, people, and places.
Please:
Click here to tell Gov. Landry not to
back down but to put God back in schools.
Thank you for fighting the good fight. |
