Donald Trump is holding a campaign rally in Chesapeake tonight.

Republicans won back the Governorship, the Lt. Governorship, and the Attorney’s General Office. Now, Trump has made it clear: He thinks he can flip Virginia red for the Presidency and solidify Virginia as a red state. We have to raise the resources to stop him.

This evening, Trump will take the stage with Glenn Youngkin to reiterate his same old divisive rhetoric and lies. His campaign is in a dead heat with Biden, so they hope this event will help move the needle in their favor.

This moment calls for new energy and fresh voices. It’s why I’m in this race for Lieutenant Governor — but it’s also why we’re starting now by backing candidates in critical 2024 races.
