In June 2024, The Office of Aging and Disability Services (OADS) held informational sessions about the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) survey. This survey is offered to Medicaid beneficiaries participating in Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver programs and is an opportunity to provide feedback about experiences with HCBS services.
