The host has been quite full of himself lately as the Cleveland Guardians are on top of the American League Central by eight games. We’re not even to the All-Star break yet and it is a Cleveland team, so I figure a fold is in their future, but the host is the eternal optimist so when the opportunity presents itself for him to be full of himself, he is, temporary though it may be. Meanwhile Monday night, the Tennessee Volunteers, from right here in Knoxville, won the Men’s College World Series, and last night the city celebrated with a parade and a ceremony downtown.
