Earlier this week, Biden posted blatant misinformation about a pro-Palestine protest outside the Los Angeles Adas Torah Synagogue for hosting a Zionist-organized event selling stolen Palestinian land dubbed as "the best Anglo neighborhoods in Israel."

By branding protestors as “dangerous, unconscionable, antisemitic, and un-American," Biden deliberately misrepresented the protest against the sale of stolen land in Palestine to keep his deadly narrative against Palestinians alive. Protestors were demonstrating outside the auction in opposition to Americans selling off stolen Palestinian land — no religious services were being held. Biden choosing to weigh in on a small protest for peace is a dangerous weaponization of his position that endangers peace activists everywhere with his inflammatory rhetoric.

Biden's imperialist strategy goes beyond sending bombs to Israel; it relies on lies and propaganda to sustain a settler colonial movement. We must ask Biden: Who was doing the illegal, "un-American" acts at Adas Torah – those selling stolen, occupied land or those protesting against it? The answer is clear when propaganda is stripped away.
