Are you watching the debate tonight? I’m planning to, though I'll admit I’m a bit nervous about it.

I can guarantee you Trump is going to make this a spectacle. There’s going to be very little talk about how to help the country and a lot of talk about Trump and his ego.

And ultimately that’s the question voters need to ask: Who will put the country’s needs before themselves? I think there’s a pretty clear answer. I hope President Biden focuses on that tonight.

As you watch, don’t forget that our fight doesn’t end with the debate. We have 4 months to work our hearts out to help Democrats win so we can protect our democracy.

My district is one of Republicans’ top targets to flip this election, and the polls are showing us down by 4 points. To stay competitive in this critical race, I need your support.
