Growing up in Eastern Baltimore County, I learned the value of working hard and giving back to my community.

Over the past 5 years as County Executive, we’ve led a bold, transformative vision for building a better Baltimore County. We’ve made historic investments in our schools, roads, and parks while also tackling issues like gun safety, police reform, and attainable housing in a bipartisan way.

Now, I’m ready to take that fight to Washington and represent Maryland’s 2nd Congressional District in Congress. I’ve always put people over politics and seek to rise above the noise – but now my opponent is actively on the attack.
