We should be furious. Perhaps you already are.

Today, in a case called SEC v. Jarkesy, the the U.S. Supreme Court's right-wing super-majority delivered "a victory for the wealthy and powerful" by a handful of justices "all too used to putting corporations, Wall Street, and billionaire benefactors over everyday Americans."

A clear "power grab" that will "ultimately harm ordinary people," the industry-backed ruling guts the government's "ability to enforce laws enacted by Congress," effectively giving "special interests even more power to set the rules for the rest of us."

But that’s not all. In Moyle v. United States and Idaho v. United States, the right-wing justices had a chance to affirmatively declare that women have the right to emergency abortion care when their life is in danger, but refused. One reproductive rights activist said the decision is a "dangerous preview for what could come."

Still not angry? In Ohio v. EPA, also handed down Thursday, the right-wing justices ruled against the federal government's ability to protect air quality. The issue in question is literally called the "Good Neighbor" policy, but the industry-friendly court ruled that poisoning people with pollution is the better policy.
